Payment Information

If you have signed up to our courses, we use MemberPress for delivery.  MemberPress does not store or process payment information locally. That information is securely transmitted to, and stored by the Payment Gateway itself. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Personal information:

  • First Name*
  • Last Name*
  • Email Address
  • Date of Registration
  • Password (securely hashed by WordPress prior to storage in the database)
  • Address (Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country)*

MemberPress Downloads

If you download any resources from our website your IP Address is stored with each download and is visible to Admins on the downloads stats page.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Our membership plugin “MemberPress” uses temporary cookies for limited functions, which expire within seconds after use.

Who we share your data with

We use Google Recaptcha to protect our website from spam Google Privacy Policy

We use MemberPress for our Course offerings.  The information held by Memberpress is attached to your sign-up Account as above, under Personal Information.

We use LogRocket to monitor and record sessions.  Recorded sessions are saved for 30 days so they can be reviewed to detect errors and to improve user experiences.  

How long we retain your data
